Patients who have had a heart attack, heart failure, or are recovering from angioplasty or heart surgery, participate in this very important recovery phase to help them heal. The CCMC program has many benefits.
Our chronic care management services offer a comprehensive care plan that is established with the patient, then implemented, revised as needed, and monitored regularly. This program includes working directly with trained clinical staff. In order to check on the patient, review their chronic conditions, labs, and immunization records, patients will receive communication via phone at least once per month.

Much better than Brownwood. Came here after several experiences of receiving poor care or outright being refused it there and they said they had a doctor who not only knew about my condition but had experience with it which was a genuine surprise as I've had trouble with that. I was treated with respect and Doctor Deal took the time to listen and understand and didn't take an educated patient as argumentative or "trying to play doctor" as I've been called before. The clinic can be busy but I'd rather sit and wait a few minutes to actually get proper medical care than be rushed in and out for naught

If I could give Negative stars I would. The staff clearly doesn't care about the patients and the doctors are ignorant and don't even know how to take care of an infection properly. My mother is in great pain because these idiots don't know what they are doing. This is the worst hospital I have ever seen or will probably ever see. These people will ensure that your loved ones are either dead or in great pain, I assure you that.

Mediocre care at best. Additionally, they can’t seem to get there billing correct. Every doctor that provided care to my child filed a claim billing under my wife’s insurance and not mine. Have had to call 30 different phone numbers for each doctor, nurse, lpn, cna, and janitor who submitted a claim to get it straighten out. Going on 3 months worth of issues. If your active duty military try to get seen on post if you can.

Would recommend going to another hospital... Patient care should be a priority, not a problem... Its your job people, you chose this job. Make it your priority to give first rate care. Do Not treat patients like they are just a pain in your side, and ignore them or lie to them because you don't want to do your job... SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SO DISRESPECTFUL

I did not appreciate the nurse practitioner Mavis Feist.
We just moved to town and I needed to transfer to a new doctor. The receptionist I talked to, made me an appointment with Mavis Feist.
After briefly speaking with Mrs. Feist, she had the audacity to ask me WHY I had Multiple Sclerosis! And with absolutely no reason accused me of being a drug addict/ selling my medications because I told her I needed refills on my light pain medication I take for Degenerative Disc Disease that causes my neck bones to grind together! I tried to explain and reason with her but she refused to take the time

Took my Mom to the ER when she was having breathing issues. The care was excellent, and the ER doctor went to great lengths to see that Mother got excellent care. My only complaint was the bill...when I got the bill, there was no itemized billing, it was just a total. It took awhile, but we worked all that out.
