Almost 2 year's service, forgotten more than picked up on time. The women in the billing office was the only person who was helpful and nice! Highly do not recommend! If you want your trash picked up and don't want to make numerous calls regarding your service go with another provider!

Incredibly hard to get ahold of and took something that didn't belong to them because they assumed we stole it... I'm incredibly upset that someone couldn't leave us a note or contact us to get informed, but instead took it upon themselves to do what they wanted even though it was wrong. Customer service is poor, no apologies for their mistake... just told we would be charged more if we used it.

I have been trying to get a dumpster for 7 months and when I can actually talk to someone they can't give me an estimate on when it will arrive. They keep giving me excuses and has now stopped all communication. I've never received such poor service from a company before. I noticed my neighbor got a dumpster recently from the same place and it took him a few days to get it.

The driver of the trash truck is very friendly, the newer employee...yikes!! I’ve had to call the office to request this employee to not leave my garbage can in the middle of my driveway. I shouldn’t have to stop in the middle of the street blocking traffic to pull into my driveway. I’ve personally spoken to the employee about this, but I guess walking my trash can an extra few feet was an unreasonable request.

Dependable Waste Services, what a joke! I have had my trash cans skipped dozens of times for infractions that the company refuses to explain or even return calls over. Today all 4 of my cans were left, I'm assuming because one of the cans had a few pieces of trim sticking out 2 inches above the can. I have left atleast 7 voicemails over the last 2 months with 0 return calls. Ironic name with such customer service standards!

If I could leave a Zero review, I would. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and the trash men that come to our house. The problems started when the trash men left our can in the street several times. I tried to let them know nicely that it was not acceptable, that school traffic went by our house. It continued to happen and I taped a note on the can saying "Please do not leave can in the street. School traffic comes through here. Thank you." The note was torn off and after that, it got worse, the can was further out in the street. When I came home one day and it was right
