Scott and Tom just left our house after spending 9 hours on this job. My wife and I wish to thank Scott and SOS Electric for the fast help. I know little about the Electricians job, but as far as i can tell Scott and Tom does a high quality and thorough job, and we are grateful for all there help. SOS Electric was very helpful.

Originally called to schedule a service call, which is about $20 cheaper than anything local BTW. I explained the problem I was having and the troubleshooting I did prior to calling and instead of refusing to give me repair procedures until after the service call, they saved me the time and money and just told me how to fix it over the phone. I’m not reviewing their in-home work, but their customer service is great and based off this experience, they have my business next time I need an electrician.

We had a somewhat urgent electrical issue that needed to be dealt with quickly. I called Scott and he was at our house within an hour and fixed the problem within minutes. He ended up staying and chatting with me and my husband and revealed himself to be a lovely person as well as electrician. We will definitely be calling S.O.S Electrical Services for all our electrical needs in the future.

They did a good job but was way over charged and caught him in a lie saying he put in arc fault breaker and I said I have picture and showed him and he couldn’t explain where they were but Tom worked hard and other then being way over charged I was happy with TOMS work and Scott but they had a helper that made a mess. I would not hire them again for the over charged and the lie, but other than that I wish they would’ve over charged cause I liked them...
