I'm Meg, a spreadsheet loving, techie turned wedding planner and storyteller who, darn it, loves love. Most days you can find me answering emails, meeting with clients, and creating meaningful moments that turn into memories. I specialize in telling the story of you, your relationship, and your love through your wedding.
Our wedding planning service is the chosen package for our couples who are busy full time professionals who lack the hours it takes to plan their wedding. Whether we come in from the very beginning or halfway through, or even right after you book your venue, our wedding planning services is designed to create cohesive events and peace of mind.

Happy to Be Events kept my bride and I's wedding fun and stress-free. Meg Flores our wedding planner kept us on track from the day I proposed to the big event day (our wedding). I'm typically very busy due to my career, and she was incredibly helpful with not only making sure we 'checked our boxes' (sending out save-the-dates and invitations, procuring vendors, selecting the wedding party, etc.) but also ensuring that we got to focus on enjoying our wedding day instead the essential nuances that go with managing the event.

The Happy to Be team are so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, from planning and booking vendors, to making sure the wedding goes off without a hitch through their day-of coordination. My now-husband and I needed help finding vendors and designing our space, and Meg helped us make sure our day was absolutely perfect and stunning. Meg and her whole team are wedding professionals who know the ins-and-outs of the business. They cared deeply about our wedding and it would not have been as amazing as it was without their help.
