I want to start off by saying that Eddie (store owner) is an amazing guy. Extremely professional and kind. Unfortunately, the work performed was in my short lifetime, one of the worst experiences. I can go on a rant about how terrible it was but that will not be fair to who he is as a business owner and worker. From my personal point of view, all I can say is "when the customer tells you something is wrong with the work performed, don't makeup reasons why the screen coloring and lighting isn't what it's supposed to be" 1 week later, I no longer have a phone and will be paying $1,000 for a new phone

So I seem to upset the owner and that was not my intention so let me first apologize and just let you know I was just writing my experience I was not trying to offend anyone and I can understand your only one person I will try again and write my new experience
