Kent Refrigeration was founded in 1965 by Daniel and Carol Boone to provide services in the expanding field of Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC. The company began providing refrigeration service and ice machine equipment to the fast food industry that was growing quickly.
By 1970 the company was growing to serve the needs of the hotel/motel and restuarant industry by adding refrigerated walk-in boxes, bottle boxes, drink systems and various other types of refrigerated foodservice equipment.The service department has grown to service many types of refrigeration, beverage, heating, and air-conditioning systems.

We have partnered with Kent Refrigeration at our 35 Company owned locations for the last 10 years, they have proven to be reliable, knowledgeable and cost effective. Numerous Franchise locations are also utilizing Kent Refrigeration as their Service Company. We have recently joined their Preventative Maintenance program and are pleased with the cost savings and level of service.

Called Kent to service our ice machine.
They sent a guy that could hardly speak words very unintelligible or intelligent for that matter.
He worked on the system for literally 20 minutes. Said he replaced a part and charged me 400$. And the part was 90$. He was rude and kept saying it was our fault the BRAND NEW machine didn’t work properly. Talked down to my employees ... which they couldn’t understand a word he was saying. Do not hire these people to do anything got you.

This people are unprofessional, rude and arrogant. I call for service and technician came and did some work without putting any parts and said it fixed and charge $350.00. Next day i saw problem is still there called again and technician came and work something on it and said it fixed. And charge again $150.00. Next day is same it still not cooling.
This people doesn’t have knowledge and they keep coming back every times without fixing your equipment they charge every time. Sometimes your labor cost is more than your equipment.
Be aware for this people. Call the authorised dealership to get
