I have had nothing but good experiences with Sprinkler Man of Rochester. They're on time and fair. Ever since installing the sprinkler system, the lawn looks fantastic! I used to have a lot of dead grass after winter, but no more. I believe the fertilizer, weed control, and routine watering has really cut on down on those problems. I highly recommend Sprinkler Man products and services.

We didn’t have any issues until we had them raise our sprinkler heads. They came out and our sprinklers were fine but after they did the service our sprinklers leaked. We called and they came out to fix them, but at our expense. We had to pay $150 dollars on replacing the sprinklers that were not leaking before they raised the heads. We will not be going back to them again

Terrible experience. Hired them to come out and do a start up on a house we purchased. When they did there were a few problems/ leaks which was to be expected with a system that had not been turned on in a while and they expected that it would cost around $500 to get it up and running. They came out a week later and stayed for about an hour and replaced a couple of the heads, fittings, etc. . I asked the tech when they would be out again to finish the job and he said that the main office would be in touch to schedule the follow up visit. A couple weeks went by and I sent an email to their main

Terrible installation. Not professional. Not up to industry minimum standards. Sprinkler heads too far apart so not getting coverage. Sprinkler line not buried the required 6 inches under the soil. Toro parts are cheap and break easily. I could say more but that should be enough. Avoid at all costs!

I use SprinklerMan for both starting up/blowing out our sprinkler system as well as fertilizing. The people that are sent out every year to start the system up actually check each zone for misaligned or damaged heads, and the repair costs for anything that needs replacing are always minimal (pretty much the cost of the part at Lowes).
Also, when they installed my system (11 zones over half an acre), I was given several options for cost vs efficiency, and their crew that showed up was professional and working at 6am. The estimate I had been given assured me that it would only take a day, and
