Services
Vega was founded by my father, Gordon Snoeyenbos, in the early 1960s. Growing up on a hard-working farm in Wisconsin in the 1930s, he developed a strong interest in woodworking. Commandeering the family chicken coop for his first workshop, his skills quickly advanced and he began generating reproduction furniture.

I called for information on their U26 Fence relative to its fitment on a DeWalt 746 table saw. Just received a recording from some answering service. Couldn't leave a number for them to contact me. Therefore, I will not ever know if their product is any good. With that lack of customer service I will not chance spending $300.00 or more on their product for fear if there was a product issue I could not get assistance from the manufacture. I suggest folks research other fence products with companies offering quality products and reliable customer service.

Let me first share that i tried to email them at the email listed on this site and it was returned undelivered.
this was my email to them. i hope they get it. and again i am happy with the fence overall.
I just bought a Vega 50 from Rockler. I got it all installed and everything is fine. I just want to tell you a few things.
I work in repair and manufacturing of musical band instruments. So I deal with metal and finished products.
If I ever let a trumpet go out to a customer In the shape you let this fence go out i would not have a job.

I had a 1985 system that was in pieces and did not know how to put it back together. Left message and Randell called back within 5 mins. Sent him a picture of the parts and he guided me in the assembly, so after 30+ years I have my fence working again. Thank you very much

I purchased a Vega saw fence many years ago, around 1988. I loved it. It was easy to use. Setup was easy and quick, and usage was rewarding. A couple years ago it was stolen. Devastated was I. So I bought another Vega fence. the new one? Just not the same. Whyyyy??? if I could cry and draw tears i seriously would. The new one is just not the same as the old one. . It seems "looser" and not as right. the concept is still good and it locks down well enough but just not the same. The main problem though? The front rail is flaking and rusting. The chrome plating is terrible. I never had a issue with

Only wish I could give less than one star. Complete garbage. The product is so-so, the backing of their product is abhorrent. Zero warranty. Zero customer service, literally, Randall refuses to answer the phone or respond to e-mails. People like this should not be rewarded with your patronage. Completely on your own if you make the mistake of purchasing this product.

Not impressed by their customer service at all. Called 6 times in a week period trying to get the ONE person who answers technical calls, no answer. Emailed with all of my questions, 1 month later....Still no reply. Called again today, left a voice mail. No answer yet and i'm not holding my breath. Have two of their products and i like them... just wish they cared a little about their customers.
