Wolf Hearing Care was established in 2019 by Dr. Stacy Wolf, who has been a hearing healthcare provider in the Cedar Valley for 23 years. Wolf Hearing Care centers on the belief that creating effective and long-term solutions to hearing difficulties stems from a thorough understanding of your unique lifestyle and individual experience with hearing loss.
Cerumen, or earwax, can be removed from the ear canal so that it does not interfere with listening or comfort, especially for individuals who wear hearing aids. Since the various systems produce different hearing impressions, it is important for you to make a comparison yourself. For this purpose we will produce custom-made earmolds based on the exact contours of your ears.

Cerumen, also known as earwax, is naturally produced by the glands in the ears to lubricate the ear canals and keep dust and debris from getting too far down in the ear canal. Cerumen typically clears itself from the ears, but in some instances can accumulate and cause a blockage, especially if you wear earmolds or hearing aids.
Sudden or prolonged exposure to noise can cause damage to your hearing and is one of the leading causes of hearing loss. Hearing loss from prolonged noise exposure is often detected too late, meaning the hearing loss is usually irreversible. Stacy was previously with Dr. Hart and has now set up her own office. If you are in need of a good audiologist, I highly recommend Stacy.
