Rose Prieto began her career as an eyebrow and makeup artist, nearly 30 years ago during her years as a Theatre Arts major in college. It was her fondness for character development that inspired her interest in stage make-up, which led to her passion for manipulating the contours of the face, using shadow and light.
Rose is a licensed cosmetic tattooist, esthetician and electrologist living in Miami, Florida where she owns and operates a private aesthetic practice, "Beauty and Brow Lounge". Her passion within the PMU arena ignited when she began mentoring young artists.

I'm a Jersey Girl living in sunny Miami, Florida! With almost three decades of make-up and eyebrow-shaping experience, three licenses in beauty (as an Aesthetician, Electrologist & a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist), AND a Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts & Stage Make-up, I am a TRIPLE THREAT that knows a thing or two about beauty advice.
The eyebrows are the quintessential thumbprint of the face, framing the face like no other feature can. The brows are often neglected and ignored; they are often butchered and abused. It is my ultimate goal to save the brow from further punishment by educating women (and men alike) about their specific brow's anatomy, and teach how to shape their specific brow-line, maintaining their eyebrow's integrity.
When large areas of hair need to be treated (such as upper lip, underarms, legs or bikini area), laser hair removal is what I recommend to my clients. However, laser is not 100% effective at removing all hair. Depending on the individual, laser hair removal is about 95% effective, as does not treat white or vellus (baby-fuzz) hair.
PERMANENT MAKE-UP AKA: PMU, Micro-Blading, Feather-Stroke Brows, Eyebrow Embroidery, Micro Pigmentation, Dermal Tattooing, Cosmetic Tattooing.regardless of what it's called, you need to understand that it is ALL a "TATTOO". Permanent Makeup is an "art", it is not a science.

The elusive eyebrow is complex and mysterious. It is the quintessential thumbprint of the face, framing the face and creating more visual impact than any other feature of the face. Brows are NOT one-size-fits-all, so why on Earth would you use a stencil to fill them in? Each individual is born with a brow GARDEN, therefore, precise and accurate hand-shaping will ensure that only the weeds are removed, not the flowers.

First off, I never paid or even made an appointment with Rose, and she was so friendly and compassionate,She answered instagram message right away and was super understanding and helpful! I have red brows as a result of microblading and permanent makeup in which i tried pico sure laser a few times which took the dark ink off but i still have red stained brows. Rose gave me her time and her knowledge and I appreciate it so much! She knows everyone in the industry and she keeps on educating herself, Her business is amazing as is her work! Once I get the red out, which she has referred me to the best
