Our owner, Chris Villalpando, has over 25 years of combined law enforcement and security industry experience. He was a police and parole officer in Colorado and Texas. His experience includes overseeing a sex offender case load, working on the streets as a police officer, and managing multiple security companies.
Code 4 Security Services hires and trains individuals with military, security, and current or previous law enforcement experience. We also employ current college students and individuals who aspire to work in the military or law enforcement fields. Our teams are trained in safety and de-escalation procedures, consistent with the procedures used by law enforcement.
