Chef Lee Conway and his wife, Colleen, started Conway's Catering in November of 2005. Since then, Conway's accommodates their customers to ensure a premier and memorable dining experience. Upon hiring Conway's Catering, you can consider Chef Lee to be your "personal chef." He'll work closely with you to create a custom menu that satisfies everyone at your event, whether it's an intimate dinner party or a corporate gala.

During his 28 years as the Senior Executive chef with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Chef Lee served four US presidents, catered the US Open golf tournament and multiple PGA championships, catered 15 Superbowls and catered corporate galas of up to 30,000 people.

When you're craving the scrumptious flavors of our specialty sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts, our tasty deli selections are available for pick-up. We also offer delicious selections through our Supper Club! We can arrange 3-5 day meal plans for you - all you have to worry about is picking the food up!
All pricing depends on the location of your event and the menu selections. Additional charges apply for rental fees, service staff, upgrades, tax, and 18% gratuity. Price includes disposable plates, cups, and utensils. Tea or coffee are available(includes disposable cups, sweetener, sugar, and creamer as required).

What took me by storm is the unique and smokey flavor in the ham and the turkey. It's sweet, savory and every bite is just a burst of flavor perfectly balanced. Rather than scarfing down a ham and turkey sandwich, the classic American took me time to complete because I had to slow down and savor that delicious classic taste each sandwich seems to have. When you go to Conway's, you will never be disappointed with what you order.

They have great homemade, fresh foods and daily specials. They great you with a smile, and if you are a regular, they great you by name. Chef Lee cures and smokes his own bacon and pastrami. I go there at least once a week for lunch! The homemade daily soups are awesome too! And their desserts, oh my!
