The medical assistants are very nice and welcoming, Dr Bivens did a great job on my surgery, and overall the process was easy and straightforward. I wish I found Dr Bivens sooner!! Everything is fitting better and I feel sexier. I've always had a square shape. This is the first time I've ever felt womanly. I love my new body.
Dr Bivens took his time with me and explained why I am a good candidate for the procedure. I had lipo to my chin, arms, back, abdomen and waist with a BBL. This was the best decision!
His staff is also great! Amanda & Blousie helped me through the process. They periodically checked in on me. They helped me with scheduling and what I would need to get my procedure done.

I came to Optimal Plastic Surgery because my friend recommended Dr.Bivens. I had a consultation with the Patient Coordinator and then met with the doctor. I felt comfortable the entire time. They took their time with me and answered all of my questions.I’m not going to lie, I was very nervous prior to my surgery! However,all of the staff reassured me and provided me with so much support. I had my surgery at Fullerton Surgical Center (which was beautiful by the way). It’s now 1 week after my surgery and I can definitely see the results. I’m so happy that I decided to go with Dr.Bivens!

All I can say is WOW! Dr.Bivens made me feel so comfortable. He took his time with me, which I appreciated. I had a consultation with him for my mommy makeover. Don't let this doctor touch you he is not a good doctor you can read his reviews he has been reprimanded by the Medical Board for keeping improper Medical Records, botched surgery jobs and he's also messed up my face save your money and go to a doctor that's properly trained in their field. He also hops from office to office that should tell you something about how his work is. He's doesn't even have a stable office location and he goes from office to office to avoid past patients complaints about his work.
