Our company had its beginning's in 1988, however it was only to be a retirement project and what a project it has evolved into! I had spent twenty or so years in the job market as a buyer, senior buyer and then Director of Purchasing. During that time I encountered items that seemed terribly overpriced.

Zero stars would be given if possible. This person Katie said she engraved leather. Engraving in the dictionary means to cut or carve. So I don't think I am too foolish in thinking I am going to get something that is cut or carved.
She laser seared the approved proof into the leather. She ruined the belt. She never once told me that she was using laser. Later when I am asking her for a refund she says, you wanted embossing or stamping and we don't do that. I was an out of state customer and she took advantage of that. She will destroy your stuff. Take you business elsewhere. People who lack professionalism
