ABSOLUTELY horrible experience. We run a small mowing operation, our perfectly running briggs engine had a leak so hubby took in for repair, was told a week..maybe 2. Actually 7 weeks later, after a huge argument, we received our engine back, wouldn't even start or run due to internal damage by the mechanic. Even the new parts we paid them to order and install are trashed. As of this moment, NO RESTITUTION has been made or even offered. The bill was nearly 500.00 and WE ARE NOW OUT OF BUSINESS, thanks to Star Machinery! Definitely NOT REFERRING ANYONE HERE!
