Mentallusions

Mentallusions is a 45-60 minute (depending on your need) mindreading and comedy show. Saw Rod perform w/Adrian Van Vactor at UNITE 2017 CBA convention, they kept the house baffled and amazed, hard to do with such a huge crowd, and shared a POWERFUL message everyone needs to hear. After, people lined up and waited a LONG time for an autograph - so clearly they made a big impact!

Rod is a master at providing a friendly, fun, entertaining -- and sometimes baffling -- experience for crowds large and small. He easily tailors his presentation to the size and type of audience, makes his "volunteer" subjects feel at ease, and keeps the action moving throughout.

We flew Rod Robison into Kansas City for our skeptics organization, and we couldn't have been more blown away by his performance! Not only did he astound us with his mind-boggling illusions, but he spoke and led a discussion on the art and science of how illusionists (and con-artists, of all stripes) take advantage of defects in human thinking to distract and deceive us. The education would have been enough — but this was great entertainment that we've been talking about ever since his visit! The high point of our year!

I have seen Rod's mentalist show numerous times over the years and I enjoy it every time. I always get a kick out of seeing the audiences' delighted reactions when he baffles them with a trick. His show is clever, thought-provoking, and entertaining.

Rod Robison is brilliant as The Mentallusionist. He is a born entertainer to begin with, he just has that personality and it makes him a natural on any stage or event. Add his expertise with illusions, and his ability to pull in the audience- wow, it is a performance to remember. The icing on the cake is when Jennifer Hanson joins him as his assistant (as well as performing her rope trick). You won't want to miss Rod Robison The Mentallusionist anytime a performance is in your area.

This is not your typical magic show. . . it is WAY better. Rod does more than just illusions. His magic goes beyond slight of hand by showing off great mental tricks such as handing you a book, asking you to pick a word from the book, and then guessing the very word you chose. Crazy! His show involves a lot of humor and audience participation. One of the best Tucson magicians I've seen for sure.
