The problem isn’t the physicians, It’s the staff…they are rude and either incompetent, uncaring or both. I think it’s the latter. And, if you have any problems with the staff, don’t bother bringing it to the attention of the Office Manager, she’ll be rude and hang up without resolving anything. The fish stinks from the head down. You can find comparable or similar doctors with MUCH better staff. I would strongly suggest going anywhere other than here.

Absolutely the most terrible excuse for a practice i have EVER been to! The staff there is extremely unprofessional and talk about patients amongst themselves loudly in the office so said patient can hear every word they are saying. When i expressed my concern about how difficult it was to schedule an appointment, Bridget berated about me to the staff and Chanel the OM literally kicked me out and said the will not see me as a patient "because i am unhappy with their service". When i didn't leave right away she threatened to CALL THE POLICE!! i wasn't even being rude, loud, mean, nothing! I am escalating

The most unprofessional, disaster of a Medical Practice. (If you want to call it that) that I have EVER been to. The staff is rude and the Office Manager is clearly uneducated the way she speaks. Shelley was the main reason I continued to go there. They don't return phone calls and you get an entirely different level of care when you walk in vs having an appointment. I was furious when speaking with the OM, and she showed absolutely NO remorse or compassion. Shame on them. And I'm sure Dr. Walker would not want his practice ran that way. My Brother and Nephew are Physicians and would never tolerate

Very poorly run office. I didn't have my card with me but I did have my identification number wish they could have used along with my social number. But they would not help me and I found out later they were rude to my wife too. They didn't even try to help me I would not recommend this place at all I hope the company owners are seeing these reviews they're getting because it's pretty sad

I had been going to Walker Urgent Care for over 10 years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. Recently I went in very sick with bacterial pneumonia. I was scheduled for a procedure the next day and I felt like I needed an antibiotic prescribed so I could feel better. Dr. Walker was very rude to me and told me he couldn't do anything for me. I have never been treated like that from any Dr. I have ever seen. I will NEVER go back there again. He asked me what I expected from him in a very rude manner. Less than a week later I spent 5 days in the hospital at Little River Seacoast

They accept Care Credit but don’t abide by any rules in place such as immediate family using the payment method. Not to mention the lady on the phone was SUPER rude about it and didn’t even try to find out. My siblings have used my Care Credit 10+ times in the past without an issue. Then the lady said ‘Can she not go somewhere else?’. We were driving an hour to get there already. And they are listed as an Urgent Care and Walk-In Clinic on Care Credit and the lady on the phone got angry because I referred to them as a Urgent Care. 0/10 for hospitality and sympathy. Wouldn’t touch this

I’ve been seeing Dr. Walker for 20 years now. I’ve always been given excellent service & everyone in his office is very professional. If you run out of a script you have your pharmacy call the Dr.’s office. Tony you haven’t given anyone a good review. The lady complaining about what insurance he takes seriously!! It’s right on his website & for the lovely lady that wanted help but didn’t want to give any personal information 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️. Please don’t send me any hate mail & no I don’t work there.

I have been going there for a few years now and the only reason I keep going is because of Shelly the Nurse Practioner. The staff is very rude and this has been going for a while, I think its time someone spoke to Dr Walker himself.....you call and they say we don't have any appts, just walk in..well I have something serious going on that I have to go over some results with her, so frustrating. I hate to think about switching, but they need to get their staff on board.
