I wouldn't trust this company to perform any of the duties they sign up for within a legal contract. They hire the bottom of the barrel for their Executive teams and the piss poor performance trickles down to everything else. An example of this is Erik Zandhuis who is a Vice President for one of their locations in Northern California. Erik is one of the most incompetent people I've ever met and I witnessed him run a location with the OCTA and lose the contract because of how bad him and his team's performance was. If Hallcon can't provide top notch quality with their executives
