In order to reduce the unnecessary risk of scratches and dents on your vehicle(s), we provide all our customers with a door to door single truck service (no truck to truck or terminal to terminal). To ensure our customers satisfaction your vehicle(s) will remain on a single truck throughout its entire journey.
Transporting your vehicle is a simple process, right? Your vehicle is loaded onto the back of a truck, the truck drives away and then a few days later the driver arrives with your vehicle and the vehicle arrives as it was picked up. That's our half of the deal but the customer also plays a very important role in the safety of the vehicle.

Why pay a deposit before you are given your driver's number or a specific pickup date & time? Deposit is only charged only once you have been supplied your driver's name & number and your driver is on his way to pick up your vehicle.
NEVER PUT DOWN AN UP-FRONT DEPOSIT Companies that require an up-front deposit usually are banking on the fact that once you have paid for their services, you will not want to go through the hassle of canceling, fighting to get your refund, etc (these companies will usually raise the total cost price after booking).

We shipped our Cadillac CTS from Arizona to Maine.
"We can get your car all the way to your driveway"...Patrick Milford bragged.
After it was too late to change our plans, he then told us he can only get it as close as Bangor...a FIVE-HOUR round trip drive from our driveway.
Patrick told us there are restrictions in getting a tractor-trailer into Eastport.
No such restrictions exist we later discovered.
He also said United uses its own equipment and drivers.

This company brokered transport of my BMW cross country. After reading reviews of all kinds of carriers as well as communicating with other carriers, decided on UR.
I didn't get off the phone with Laki, my phone rang from the carrier. They arranged to pick up my car two days later.
The transporter showed up with a brand new fully enclosed truck, loaded and left without incident. Few days later the driver called to advise the car would arrive the following day and what time was best for us for delivery.
That's right, what time was right for us.
As we rolled up on the delivery site
I didn't get off the phone with Laki, my phone rang from the carrier. They arranged to pick up my car two days later.

This company advertises as if they use their own trucks and drivers and you are totally insured under them. Here is my sad story.
When I asked if they had local drivers in MA, they said they had some out of the Greater Boston area. False.
I ended up dealing with a dispatcher from Ohio and a driver from a different transport company out of Long Island.
I was told my car would be picked up Monday. False. After many excuses the car was finally picked up Thursday.
The driver said he wasn't told my car was inoperable, which was explained to United and was included in my contract.
United said

I bought a new Lexus LC 500 Convertible from a dealership in Texas and had to have it shipped to me in Chicago.
I wanted to use a solid outfit for enclosed shipping.
I first went to Intercity, kind of pricey but I know they are good at what they do. The problem was they couldn't get the shipment scheduled. As I learned later they are more of a Coast to Coast operator.
Next up Reliable. They are also good at what they do. Their prices are actually very good. But they cannot provide a scheduling window other that 1-2 week pick up.
I then had a conversation with Patrick at United Routes.

These guys were professional from beginning to end. We were able to book the date we needed with no problem. They came and picked up our TWO cars the very same day we called. Within 2 hours our cars were loaded on the truck and ready to go. Their prices were average. You definitely get what you pay for and if you go with the cheaper companies (like we initially did) you will more than likely have problems. We will definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thank you to Patrick and the rest of the team for helping us get both of our cars where they needed to go on time, with excellent customer service, and no hiccups whatsoever. Our order was especially complicated because we had two cars that needed to go to separate states. After my original review; Shawn contacted me, from United Routers. I must say Shawn owned the problems. He offered to send out a car detailer to detail my 2 vehicles. I said "ok". Well they showed up and did the best job. So, United Routers will take care of the problem . Additionally, Shawn did a great job through this proses. After being given the run-around by two other transport companies, I was left with a 2 day window to transport my vehicle before I had to leave home. I spoke with Shawn at UnitedRoutes who was very helpful and told me they could have a driver pick my vehicle up in 2 days and could be delivered within 4-5 days.
Ivan the driver was at pickup at exactly the day/time I was told, completed the vehicle assessment, then placed my car on the trailer and was on his way.

I am elated! Relieved! Happy! I feel so happy to have found this place. I had done a LOT of research (on Yelp and other resources). And having read many dozens of reviews in several places I gathered that contracting with ONE place, plus having ONE driver from a single company was the (seemingly impossible) key to a safe transport and a chain of responsibility cause there were loads of people out there who wrote about other companies leaving them with damaged cars and too many slippery entities to nail down responsibility. Laki, the owner, is so easy to communicate with. He always sounds so positive and sincere. He forwarded me lots of information about his company. There are no hidden charges. Everything is properly insured. His drivers were very professional, answered my calls promptly.
I got several quotes. Their price is not the lowest, however I value quality and customer service. All in all it was a stress free process. Great work!!!

Shipped a car from Florida to California. Car was second hand but 1 year old and less than 200 miles on the clock and had been fully detailed and cleaned by the dealer before shipping. Collection sheet has no issues notes, and dealer confirmed this.
Estimated delivery timeframe was 3-5 days. It took 9 days and communication from the driver was awful throughout that period as the driver kept changing the delivery time and date day after day.
Car arrived with two major scratches externally, scuffs underneath the bumper, a dent in the side and a fuel filler cap that had been broken off. The

- The driver of the outsourced company (Readii Transport) was very difficult to understand when talking.
- They used chains on my car in the beginning.
After complaining about this, they changed it to nylon straps after the fact.
- They told me I would get a 24 hour notice and 1 hour notice before delivery. I did NOT get either one. I got a 5 minute warning.
That meant that I could not

First off this review is primarily for Patrick who scheduled the transport and responded to my calls in a caring and professional manner. There was an issue with the first driver assigned to pick up my car (Anil) who failed to follow through with any of the promises made. He did not call me, he did not pick up the car on the agreed time, nor the time we changed it to. I was upset to say the least. Patrick assured me that the driver's actions were not in keeping with their company and based on his sincere nature I gave them a second chance. The transaction went down without a glitch.

I hired United Routes to transport my new car. Their driver Andrew arrived exactly on time and was totally professional with communicating with me throughout his drive up to me which took about 2 days.
Steve at their office was really easy and great to deal with. I told him before hiring them that I would be gathering estimates from other transporting companies. He was very understanding and professional. Not for a moment did I feel rushed. He gave me the best price with the best enclosed 2 car trailer they use and with the quickest delivery time. After a slight hiccup on the pickup date and time, which was quickly resolved, our Corvette was shipped from Alabama to California in a couple of days. The driver (the company was 2SV) was courteous and careful, and the service was cost-effective. The particular trailer had a tilt-up rear cover and our car was loaded on a top level and not moved until it was delivered. The only issue was that when delivering another car before ours in Arizona, rain dripped off the tilt-up cover onto the hood of our car, but it was easily washed off. I would use United again.

So with that we called Eric at "United Routes" and asked when could he schedule to pick up our car? He was able have it pick up the next day and delivered in 2 days. We were amazed that was even possible. The pick up and deliver went smoothly and as planned. Eric kept us informed and allowed us to call the truck driver if we needed. Our experience exceeded our expectations.
