BUYER BEWARE!!! Not only did this company do a ridiculously poor job on our cars: smudges, car wheel was turned so only half my front wheels were cleaned, they used a grease like substance and left window smears, didn't cleaned trunk, roof had dirt marks, NOT worth $150 per car. Id get a better wash let alone detailing if I went to standard $30 car wash place.
The Owner offered to come back himself to make it right which was very comforting... until he completely flaked the day we scheduled!!! NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED, DIDN'T ANSWER WHEN I CALLED... just flaked.

I had them do a ceramic coating on my Jeep and it turned out fantastic. The color is much brighter and the water rolls off of it. Several of my neighbors have came over to ask what did I do to my Jeep and have checked into the process. All this and they were half the cost of everyone else and they did it at my house.

There seems to be a massive miscommunication between whomever answers the phone and whomever details the vehicles. Twice, we were stood up without any call or indication that my appointment was canceled or moved.
I sat around waiting for hours both yesterday and today before I had to call and see what was going on. I chose this company because of their Google reviews as I thought they would have been a lot more professional. They leave me no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

The man I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and professional and the gentleman that came out to work on my car was very polite and on time. Based on that, I was expecting a jaw dropping job to be completed. It’s definitely got to be difficult working in this heat, however I was confused that it only took the guy 48 minutes to do a complete interior and exterior cleaning and wax and was very disappointed that the car did not look waxed at all and I’m wondering if it was some kind of spray wax. Definitely won’t use this company or any other company again and will be doing my own detailing

They did their job but they were not punctual they were an hour and 15 minutes late and the tire shine and my rims were still dirty when they left the interior came out nice in the exterior came out ok. Would I use them again probably not. they say they hand wax your vehicle and all they do is spray liquid shine on it the tire dressing does not make tires nice and shiny there actually doll and the rims like I said we're not clean all the way the black powder from the brake pads was still on a two of the front rims.

Jay was absolutely phenomenal. I had an appointment booked at 9am and at 8am Jay called to see if 10am would be okay. Now that is great customer service and communication. Also, my car looks like it just came from the manufacturer looks brand new and could not have asked for a better job. Hands down the best car detail I have had from anyone and will be a returning customer. Thanks again Jay.
