Services
The idea was born in 2003 to apply for federal funding to meet the primary health care of the community. A group of community leaders came together to dedicate themselves to the effort of applying for the grant. This 11, 280 square foot Health Center and a 3,600 square foot Administration Building has allowed ECOFHC to offer more services and provide better health care for the community and patients.
Medical and behavioral health office visit can be as low as $20.00 if qualified for Sliding Fee Discount. Each additional service may have additional charges. As a 330 grantee, we are expected to charge the standard rate for our area for all services. For ECOFHC to continue to exist and stay open, everyone must pay for the services they receive.
ECOFHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center that depends upon the support of the community. Please get involved by participating in fund raising and the educational programs that are offered to the patients. ECOFHC promotes a tobacco free culture. Every patient 13 years of age and older are queried regarding their tobacco use at each Provider encounter.
1st, call your local ECO Family Health Center to ask them to send you an invite to the patient portal. 2nd, check your e-mail for the link to create your own account to myhealthrecord.com to set up your account. Henryetta: they do not care about their patients. They called and tried to reschedule my appointment several times that was for something serious and screwed me over and the one time I'm a few mins late with an urgent problem they refuse to see me even after telling them how urgent it was. I explained I can't miss work or class anymore as I have several times before with them messing up my appointments and her answer was I don't know what to tell you. Its time for a new doctor!!

Henryetta facility: Dr prescribed med., and told me if it doesn't clear just stop in for a biopsy. I asked do I need an appointment? He said no. Spent 2 weeks scheduling with work so I could leave on a friday at 4:00am to drive 8 hours and get biopsy while they were open. After this drive I went in and the ladies laughed at me and said no.that isn't how it works. Well maybe y'all don't give a rip about my health but now you jyst wasted 2 1/2 months while my embarrassing issue continues to worsen and I have to start all over with another medical practice. I'm 56 it's first and last time I will ever
