We are a group of diverse personalities working together to build spaces that are rooted in context. 2020 has been a year of exceptional growth for EPTDESIGN and we are thrilled to announce that we've opened the doors to studios in Claremont, San Diego, and Santa Barbara. Two EPTDESIGN projects have been recognized as top vote recipients in the Gold Nugget Awards multi-family housing community category.
Providing diverse play to a broad community, the Redwood Place Park provides access to a large, custom play structure, fallen log climbers, spinners, and a sloped climbing wall. Located on the southern border of Little Italy in Downtown San Diego, the Lindley high-rise project features a naturally inspired minimalist design with an amenity deck and rooftop terrace.
