You can tell when these people give you advice its honest, sincere and it has always pretty much been spot-on.. You can also tell they actually truely appreciate your business. After buying a bike and 2 snowbike kits from them they have earned my FULL trust.Thier not always trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you dont need and are just great to work with. I live along ways away and they got no problems shipping me my parts and accessories and i got no problem making the 3 hiur trip down from central washington to pick up my bigger purchases!!!

Hands down one of the BEST dealerships to work with. We found our bike online, contacted the dealership and started working with Aaron Evans. He was fantastic, made our entire process so smooth & easy. We drove from Bend, Oregon all the way to The Dalles and back in a day! When we reached the dealership ALL staff on the floor were fantastic ! Very welcoming, kind and respectful, knowledgeable and helpful too. I was on a motorcycle ride from Boise Idaho to Olympia Washington. On my way home I had an issue with the rear tire on my harley and needed it replaced so i could get home that day. The shop was great they had several tires to choose from and got me in that day. It was a record hot day 117 degrees, they set me up with a place to hang out and made sure I was well hydrated. Its really the people who make a great business. My sincere thanks and appreciation to the whole team at Fun Country for helping me get home to my family.

Fun Country Power Sports came to a National Hare Scramble race in Hagerman, Idaho. My son was having some trouble with his bike and we were only an hour until race time. Although my son was racing against their sponsored racer, they jumped right in and tried to help us get the bike running so my son could race. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The entire crew were class acts and I appreciated their help. Alec and his whole staff were awesome! I recently bought a new 2018 Africa Twin Adventure Sports from him. Got a deal I couldn't pass up! After a 2 hour drive up to The Dalles, I was greeted by a friendly, and very cute, young lady promptly when I walked in. Alec was free a couple of minutes later and we got the deal going. Amber did the paperwork, which she had already completed since they knew I was on the way, and I was out the door, loaded up and on the road in about 45 minutes total! Our experience with Fun Country Powersports has been absolutely phenomenal. Our salesman Aaron, provided excellent customer service and even stayed in touch with us in his off time to make sure that we were kept in the loop regarding potential delays in the delivery of our machine due to service recalls. We drove 530 miles one way, to pick up our 2020 Turbo S, even bypassing a dealership in Kennewick Washington that had the same machine because their customer service just did not come close to meeting the excellent service that we received at Fun Country Power Sports. Purchased a 2018 Africa Twin from these guys and couldn't be happier! The entire experience was solid from start to finish. I live well over an hour away from Fun Country but elected to do business with these guys when I have another dealer 15 minutes away. I highly recommed Fun Country and will exclusively do business here.
