My entire family has been going to Dr.Rafal for 15 years for many different issues which she has successfully treated. Dr. Rafal is an amazing doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. In addition to prescribing medicine for various skin issues, she has a great product line which has kept my skin looking young and a laser that is like a miracle worker. Whatever the issue, do not hesitate to go to Dr. Rafal!

Dr Rafal and her staff were polite, thoughtful, and effective. They asked questions to determine what I actually needed and took the time to provide me with the care I required. Most dermatologists will only help with cosmetic care, but Dr Rafal is qualified to do it all. I would go back to this office anytime I need dermatological help in the future.

Worst physician i have ever visited. Didn’t seem to care about my issue and then instead tried to sell me services and a product from her own skincare line. Do Not go here under any circumstances. Pathetic and extremely unethical, this goes directly against standard of care to solicit products and services to your patients like this.

Walked in the door and was greeted by a stench, waited over an hour for an appointment I was 10 minutes early for. She was rude and seemed not with it. There are plenty of other reputable drs on the island, I will not be back

Not sure what all of these negative reviews are about…Dr. Rafal is one of the sweetest doctors, my experience at this office is always wonderful and she always addresses all of my concerns and then some! I highly recommend her. The staff is also great and they take excellent care of me during my Aerolase and chemical peel procedures!

Dr Rafal is very professional, concerned about patient needs and concerns. I had 2 procedures done. First was much need forehead and crow lines with Botox. She was so gentle ! I hardly felt a thing. I’m still benefitting from the results , but it looks amazing !!! I had a small biopsy done. She gently injected site with numbing medicine -and waited for the medicine to have an effect and did the procedure!!! I can promise all of you - one thing , I am an registered nurse and have met many doctors over the years and she absolutely is top notch !!! Nurses are very critical of good medicine and I

Wait time is horrible. Clearly not organized. Filthy and unorganized office, same to say about the “dermatologist” herself. Most female owned offices I’ve been in, tend to be clean and neat. I will not be back. I was recommended by a friend who praised about the staff and nurses. There was no nurse and total of 2 staff. I will not be back, this dermatologist seemed confused. I was startled when the doctor came into the room I waited in for 45 minutes. Something is very off and I would not recommend the office to anyone. Run run run. What an uncomfortable experience.
