I didn't know shoe stores like this still existed! My size isn't stocked at many department stores so I stopped in. I was immediately greeted and my shoe sized and the friendly employee helped me try on multiple pairs of shoes until I found a pair that fit perfectly! Great customer service and incredibly helpful, especially for someone like myself that only goes shoe shopping rarely! Highly reccomend.

I've been in a few times and every time it's the same experience. If you interrupt a conversation between employees to ask for something, you're an inconvenience. If you ask for something else, you're given attitude. The shop is beautiful and the selection is nice, but I would rather shop online than walk into this store again.

Walked around store for 10 minutes. Nobody welcomed me or asked if I needed any help. Was interested in buying shoes but am happy to go somewhere else - where my business is appreciated. Not going to "shop local" if treated rudely like this.
