Worst Service. I paid Rs. 411 to pay my tax but got no response from them. Customer Service is not responsive. On clicking 'REVIEW', instead of reaching the Review page, I am being navigated to the 'PRICING' page again. I have the receipt of payment, I have sent them. But, it is asking me to pay again.

I paid the basic subscription and due to their technical issue, i couldn't file the returns. I asked for refund, not even responding to the emails, waited 3 weeks - no response.
While chatting with the support, they tells that you will get refund soon, please wait and all.
Not responsive. no professionalism
If any of the management is watching this, please understand that "customer support should not be provided till payment, after payment also it is necessary".
I thought of considering taxspanner for our startup , so thought of trying basic plan. but even in that also, I was not satisfied

Do not go through these unprofessionals, once you have paid, then they will show you different issues as you can higher more expensive helpers. Go through income tax department, it is very easy and through income tax dept you can efile very easily. Never recommend these frauds.

This is the pathetic company i have ever taken service from. These people charges very huge amount for filling tax returns. they fool people for asking much higher price than required, their only motto is to make money and doesn't even bother to take care of customers gets payment from them

I approached TaxSpanner to file my 2019-20 Returns. They approached me and I sent all the details and paid Rs.3600. I got draft which is not at all correct. After that I sent 3 mails but no response. I called them multiple times still no response. They are very much interested collecting money but not on service. Worst service and waste of time and money. Never approach TaxSpanner.

The website is a fraud. Since I have changed my job in last Financial year so I have 2 form 16's , I checked on other website and it was showing some tax due so I thought of cross verifying it on another website and i checked on taxspanner. They show that no tax is due so I thought that I will file my ITR from here and as soon as I made the payment they showed the tax amount to be much higher than the earlier one.
My point is why they are trying to lure customers by giving incorrect information.
This is very unethical way of making money.

I hired TaxSpanner last year to file IT returns for my small business The Write Pulse. I was a little apprehensive first, but I liked the way they conducted the whole process. It was professional, and with minimum hassle to me, as I don't like the complicated tax returns process. So this year, I engaged their services again.
