I changed my item to something which was at a lower price. But wholetiles is not refunding me the difference . I emailed them, left phone messages. But nothing happened. Their phone number is only good for leaving messages. No one ever calls you back. If you are the type of person who likes to reach a live person, this outlet is not for you. Very poor customer service. I want my refund.
following is an update on dec 26, 2020. Wholetiles refunded me the difference. The only good part in this transaction is the saddle that I purchased. It looks good and the packaging was perfect. Fast shipping.
