Greater Texas Roofing was beyond professional. They quickly accessed our problems and worked with our insurance company to get our roof covered. Shane is detail orientated making him and his company stand out from the others we had spoken with. We loved the fact that he had the man power to address all of the "other" items that our insurance was paying for and coordinated those contractors so that the job progressed in a smooth manner. I highly recommend Shane at Greater Texas Roofing. I called several companies for an estimate and Shane was so responsive that I had to look no further. He worked with my insurance company making sure I received coverage for damaged property I had not even thought of. He walked me through all the details and called and sent me pictures of the work as it was completed. Everything was completed in a couple days and his crew was on time and very professional. Our roof was not covered by insurance even though two contractors said it was due. GTRoofing has connections to a lawyer firm that works for the homeowner in these cases. Almost a year later, the insurance company finally gave in and we got a new roof and gutters. Execution for both was flawless. Cleanup was marvelous with only a very few nails found. Main contact Shane is great to work with, a veteran, and a very honest dude. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Greater Texas Roofing and Shane Stone. In my 11 years in Allen, I have learned that hail storms and roof damage are a regular occurrence. But what is worse than the storms and the damage are the salesmen from the roofing companies that canvas the neighborhood for weeks after a hail storm--They must be trained in knowing the precise wrong time to ring the doorbell--when the homeowner is on a work call or just home from sitting in traffic, when the kids have just fallen asleep, etc.--and the sketchy companies that perform work at neighbors' houses, leaving

On August 12, 2019 Greater Texas Roofing replaced our roof (photo). In the subsequent week the company also replaced our gutters, fence, and windows that were damaged in the 3/24/19 hail storm.
