They were very professional in assessing the situation and provided recommendations to address the problem in a manner that was easy understood. Don't hold your breath waiting for a call back. I've been calling for a week about a door installed by Kelpro that has been leaking since day 1 and still haven't gotten a return call or any sort of answer despite giving my phone number twice and constsntly following up. I left this review on their Facebook page and an employee messaged me some nonsense about asking me to make contact with them before smearing their name in the community. She then stopped responding and STILL no one has returned my call. Awful customer service. I do this for a living and am appalled at their complete lack of communication
