I just had a second windshield replaced by this gentleman. A year ago he replaced a windshield install that was totally botched by another company that advertises quite a bit. What a nightmare. The windshield gasket was sticking out along the top of the windshield, I mean very noticeable, I don't know how they had the courage to let me see it that way, and a small trim piece with broken, and some small paint chips at top of front fender!!! OMG. My awesome local body folks at West Fitchburg Auto body set me up with Solid Auto Glass and now I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I recently bought a used Subaru Outback which had 2 different cracks near the driver's side windshield. Before taking my car to inspection I wanted to make sure I replaced the windshield to pass the inspection as safety is my top concern. Pedro was amazing from the moment I called initially to make an appointment. I had to reschedule because my airline was going to fly me into my day off. He was great at accommodating me. Very easy arrangements for scheduling and dealing with the insurance company. Solid called shortly after I dropped off the car to notify me that the iinsurance was all set and to confirm the pickup arrangments. Installation was perfect as far as I can tell.

These guys are great to deal with. I highly recommend them. They come right to your house and within 30 to 45 minutes are all done. Plus their work is warrantied for the rest of the time you own the vehicle.
Unknown to me, I found out that I did not have glass insurance on my BMW right after they had finished installing the new windshield. Pedro gave me a great deal so that I would not have to pay my ridiculous $1000 deductible. Anytime my friends or family need new auto glass, I will be sending them to Solid Auto Glass!

I had my windshield replaced by Safelite a year before. The top rubber gasket comes up this year. Call these guys from Solid Auto Glass and they said come in.
I was there for 20 minutes, they looked at the gasket and mentioned that it was incorrect. They replaced the correct one and clean up after the job...

Good guys, got my 2009 Honda Civic done in less than an hour. Even though my seal came off a few months later, as soon as I told them they sent someone out early the next morning to reseal it in my driveway before I had to go to work free of charge. Can't say enough good things about them, and their prices for a windshield without insurance can't be beat.

I don't usually do reviews but this auto glass service is worthy. I called on 6/10/2019 around 9:30 AM. I spoke with Pedro. He said he would call the warehouse to see if they had a suitable fit in stock. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he could come by that afternoon. By 1:30, Pedro was leaving my driveway with everything complete. I would highly recommend this company.
