Wonderful, cozy and clean salon. Every single person you encounter while visiting is super sweet and attentive. Valerie is a FABULOUS stylist and great conversationalist. The owner, Jess goes out of her way to cater to the guest experience every time.
I also appreciate the effort the entire team puts towards classes and continuing to educate themselves on new techniques and trends!

Maria is a fabulous hairstylist! She listens to my requests for hair care and makes wonderful suggestions. Also, Julia started her first day working there! She was friendly and kind! Love coming to Altered Image because the owner, Jess and entire staff always welcome you like family!

Gina is absolutely amazing. She listened to what i wanted done and did it perfectly. Best cut and color EVER!!!!!!!!

First time visit and found this place through Google and the Neighborhood app. The reviews seemed pretty good and I took a chance. I am so happy I did. First of all, the salon is very clean and happy feeling when you walk in. The staff are friendly and very helpful with their advice. I had a haircut, lowlights, and highlights done on this visit. I couldn't be happier with the results. Love my haircut and the color. Highly recommend this salon to anyone.

Valerie (who I recommend) was very nice and talked to me throughout. She was very happy the whole time and kept a smile on your face. The pricing was very affordable for the amazing outcome of my hair. Everyone was complementing me and she even recommended some tips when I do my hair at home.

I’ve been going here for several years. All stylists are great and Sonny does beautiful manicures and pedicures. Heather does amazing facials and skin care.

After great thought I decided to post for I wouldn't want someone else to experience what I went through. I went to this salon after reading the good reviews on yelp. I had let my hair grow for 2 1/2 years doing nothing to it chemically. I went in with pictures of what I wanted. The stylist Jess was who I saw. She put brown from the crown to the chin and bleach color yellow from the chin down to my mid back length hair. When she was blowing it out I was sick. I looked like a clown. The owner Jessica said not to worry that they would fix it and they wanted me to leave happy. So she

Had a mani/pendi appointment with McKenzie.
It was very rushed and she also was doing a perm at the same time. There was no massage done on feet, legs or hands. The manicure was done without soaking my nails. Will not recommend going her.

I got my first haircut here from Emily and I love it! I got an angled bob and she did it exactly how I wanted. Emily was really nice and took the time to make sure the cut looked perfect. I'll definitely be returning to see Emily for future haircuts.

Alter Image is wonderful! The interior is colorful and bright and the staff are incredibly pleasant. Mckenzie did a gorgeous job highlighting and cutting my hair and is so nice. The seats are very comfortable and parking is easy. I'll definitely be back!

Johnathan gives a wonderful Massage. I appreciate his strength and ability to modulate pressure for the needs of the client.

We were in town visiting family. Jessica did an amazing cut on me and did a fantastic job on my wife's color and style. My wife said that we need to move here so Jessica can do her hair all the time. Highly recommend.
