Our current water practices are being held at The Bolles School, Pine Forest, and Eagle Landing (occasionally). As always, we have dryland options available as well. Please use the August calendar to see if there are any daily changes to your divers practices due to pool closures or coach availability.

We are offering High School practices in our Fall Schedule. We are very excited to roll out our new online registration process through Club Assistant! Through Club Assistant we are now able to streamline the registration process by forgoing the usual paperwork associated with traditional registrations as well as process monthly tuition payments automatically.

The goal of our program is to teach athletes lifelong skills including discipline, self-confidence, and team work as well as providing the opportunity to compete and advance in the sport of diving. Our coaches are dedicated to providing the best training while ensuring a safe and fun environment. Divers in our program start by learning the most basic skills necessary to progress to harder, more complex dives.
Our LTD Divers are beginner divers who are currently working on basic diving skills including hurdles, entries (line-ups), and basic dives. Once our LTD Divers finish their basic entry level classes they will progress on to the Future Champions group and be eligible to compete in local Invitational events including Novice & Intermediate as well as Future Champions Level 1-8 Events in Fl. and Ga.
We are excited to announce the opening of our new Dryland Facility! Our facility consists of 4 dryboards, 2 trampolines, 1 spotting rig over dryboard, and 1000 sq. Divers of all ages and skill levels are welcome and encouraged to participate in our dryland workouts.

With our spotting equipment, we are able to have a hands on approach when teaching dives, insuring safe execution and muscle memory of each dive before attempting execution in the water. The Bolles School is located at 7400 San Jose Blvd. This is our main water training facility in Jacksonville. The pool hosts two 1 meter diving boards as well as a dryboard and pit mat with an over head spotting rig.
Future Champions Tier 1 divers are more advanced than beginners, competing in introductory level competitions. This group practices 2 days per week and classes are 2 hours long. Divers in this group are eligible to compete in our In-House meets, AAU Novice and Intermediate meets, and USA Future Champion Meets.
Future Champions Tier 2 divers are not only practicing basic diving skills but they have moved into basic dives called Voluntaries and are working towards more complicated dives called Optionals. Divers in this group practice 3 days per week and classes are 2 hours long. Tier 2 divers are eligible for our In-House meets, AAU Intermediate meets, and USA Future Champions Meets.

The owner/head coach is amazing and works really well with the divers. She is very knowledgeable about diving technique and theory and has a great way of relating to the divers through coaching. She is patient, yet encouraging. Excellent team atmosphere. Highly recommend!
