Five star service from Bud's Marine! We had engine troubles recently on the lake and needed to be towed back to our dock. As we pulled up, not one but TWO service techs met us at the dock to check our engine. They quickly determined the boat needed to be taken to their shop. The repair was professionally and quickly taken care of. All the service techs, office staff and sales reps we have worked with at Buds have been friendly, knowledgeable and quick to reply to any questions or issues. My husband and I were truly amazed at the service we have had with Bud's Marine. They are friendly and have gone out of their way to make our boat buying experience amazing. We made a mistake when we ordered our boat and they didn't hesitate to make it right even though it was our error. They even delivered our boat to us and came and got it when the additional part we needed arrived so we could enjoy our boat on the water and not have to wait to use it until the part came in. We bought a pontoon about 2 yrs ago. We had a lot of issues with the purchase as far as our salesman was fired or left which made issues with the order, we had 3 delivery dates, then finally when it did come in it had the wrong floor, not the floor I paid $500 extra for. Most of the issues were not caused by Buds, although the staff handled the issues very well, even Bud a few times stepped in. We were very frustrated but thankful for the staff standing behind us to make things right after several months. All was good! We ran into some unforseen circumstance when we purchased our new pontoon boat at the boat show this year. Bud and Wink worked with us diligently to correct the problem. Corona virus did not help with this situation at all. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They stood by their word. Our experience with Buds Marine to purchase our pontoon boat from beginning to end was phenomenal. We worked with Robert who was very knowledgeable, he educated us on the pontoon boat showed us everything we were interested in and talked to us about things we didn’t even know they had. Once again Bud's shows why it's #1 in my book. Had a fuel leak and called their service. A young man came out to look at the engine. Of course it didn't leak when he was at the house but pointed to 2 things it could be. Took it out later that day and sure enough the gas started leaking at one of the spots he showed me. I took it in got it fixed with no issues. I'll never go anywhere else for my pontoon needs.

We went in to educate ourselves on pontoon options and after multiple trips and many hours of Kevin's time, we decided to purchase. Never was there a high pressure sale! The service we have experienced throughout the initial purchase, a ton of questions and a few odds and ends we've needed serviced, Kevin has been nothing but helpful, patient, and gone above and beyond with customer service! First time boater - first time buyer - first time "captain". No pressure from Kevin on the purchase of my pontoon. He walked through the used lot with me and gave me details on each boat - positives and negatives. I ended up with a new Sylvan pontoon. I just felt like I should have the warranty since I know nothing about mechanical issues.

From the first moment we met Kevin, we enjoyed our experience at Bud's Marine. Kevin is very knowledgeable and quickly was able to understand our desires. We purchased a new boat from Kevin at Bud's. Kevin went above and beyond to answer our questions, educate us on the different boats, brands and options and put up with my husband's endless phone calls. He could have gotten really frustrated with us because it took about 3 weeks for us to make our decision, but he didn't.
