I have been banking with CTFCU since 1998. This has always been an amazing bank. They have helped me with any issues I've ever had. I do find it easier to stop in and address any concerns in person. I've had things happen like a stolen check, fraudulent charges etc. They helped me resolve it. I've had a personal loan and car loan with them and the experience was great. All of the staff have been kind, understanding and helpful. Thank you CTFCU for meeting my banking needs.

I was so excited to be a credit union member. I have had problems with auto pay, issues with my account number and now have spent an hour trying to talk to someone calling the main number given for the credit union , the automated voice doesn’t allow you to speak with someone unless you have a name and because my account number doesn’t appear to be valid, I am once again having to drive to the office because of the above issues

I'm going to start by saying I won't ever come back to to this location... came in seen NO ONE so I signed in and waited 10mins later a couple came in and waited about 5mins...the guy in office got done with a lady and he proceeded to the back and then came out talked with the lady in the middle area talking about lunch from what I heard.... then he looks on the signs-in list and picks the last name on it and calls them in the office. I got up and started to tell the two ladies

Not for Restaurant Servers. I went to the 21st Ave N. branch twice over a 2 week period to get change and the Tellers said No both times without giving me any options, leaving me asking to see a Manager to get it. Except the last time the manager, allegedly, wasn't available and I got frustrated. A man with the teller next to me ease dropped accusing me of being rude to my teller. My teller who was the Teller Manager did nothing about his interruption. I was stuck defending myself against him while she and the other teller Contently watched us Argue. He forced me to apologized to the Teller Manager

This is one of the slimiest employers I have ever had to deal with and I didn’t even work here! The only reason they stay in business is because everyone that moves here uses them for shared branch banking. I hope another credit union opens and puts you guys out of business some day because you are the worst!

Sad when your bank is unwilling to help you resolve an incorrect charge on your account simply because it is a few days past a 60 day period. Doesn’t matter the time frame on an incorrect charge, it should automatically be reviewed as fraudulent. I had tried for weeks resolving issue directly with company that the charge is with before resorting to calling my bank for help. Sadly this bank is unwilling to help their own clients

I have sent emails through their website, never recieved an anwser. I have called and their answering system says no one is in front of me on the queue but I'm on hold for 20 mins and no one answers, so I hang up. I've left voicemails and do not receive calls back. I will be refinancing my vehicle with another bank. Non-existent customer service.

I’ve banked with them for a few years, never had any issues.
Adrienne is awesome! She’s always there to greet me and others who come in and she can multitask like a boss without making you feel you’re not being taken care of! I also got a super low interest rate on a brand new car dealing with Ashleye, too! She was great and fun to talk to, 10/10 would recommend.
