Their office is 24 miles from my home in Kissimmee, and they came recommended in my HOA forum. I needed my 270 sq ft patio power washed and sealed. I called on a Thursday to obtain a quote. Diana answered and was pleasant enough. She said she would find out the next time they would be in my area and have someone come out to provide me a quote. I did not hear from her the rest of the day. I called back the next day which was Friday...Diana, again answered and again was pleasant. Said she had not forgotten about me and would get back to me, but Mr. Marsh, was in Melbourne and she needed to speak

Excellent. They came out and did a professional estimate. Their price was fair and they seemed like they would perform a complete job. I was right. They came out and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after they were done and I couldn't be more pleased. I even called to see if it was normal to have a few dull areas (which with older pavers it might be) and they actually returned and put on a second coat at no extra charge. They didn't have to do that. I will recommend in the future.
