It takes a lot for me to leave a review. I was very impressed with Helmick Well and Pump. My well pump went bad, we had no water and I called around to get quotes. Helmick's quote was super reasonable compared to the other companies I called and I was skeptical that they could deliver. They did! And they were QUICK! They were here 8 am the next morning, checked everything over starting with the lowest cost item and moved up, didn't add extra charges. Their bill was even on the very low end of their quote!! Well pump replaced in less than an hour and it was awesome to have water again!! Their bill

We used to deal with them. We won't anymore. We own a rental business, and asked them to replace a pump for us. They instead replaced a bladder tank for 800 which we never gave approval for. We informed them that the pump is still bad. They looked at it and send us another bill for another 150. Still have the same problem. They got attitude with us said it wasn't a bad pump. We called 3 other well drillers told them what it was doing, and all said sounds like a bad pump. After 2 months with no results we got someone else to replace pump. All fixed now. Thanks.
