Mr. Lehrer and his son replaced the submergible pump in my well a few years ago. I very much appreciated the fast response, friendly service and advise they gave me. I few days ago, during the snow storm, I believed I had a well problem, but thanks to them I found a busted pipe under the house so I cancelled my appointment right away. Mrs. Loehr will answer the phone and she is very helpful and friendly. It is very comforting knowing they are there in case I need well service.

They are slow to respond calls, slow to do any paperwork i.e estimates, and do not use email service at all as form of rapid communication they still do everything by mail in this day of current communication. The old woman who picks up the phone has to relay all information you tell and give her to the husband and this leads to a huge delay and huge confusion and misinformation within them and the customer. They Will tell you an estimated time frame to do your Water well project but will take months and they will give you stories about the supposed delay. Stay away , unless you want to wait and
