Before your first visit, our office will make sure to get the important background information, like your medical and dental history. Panoramic X-ray: This image gives us a good view of all the soft and hard tissue of your oral cavity.
We will take a panoramic X-ray and perform a comprehensive exam of your full mouth. We will discuss your dental health and provide you with an estimated treatment plan and fee if needed. I would give ZERO stars if I could... Negative stars. This place is CRIMINAL. Looking past the multiple HIPPA violations (discussing patient care in front of other patients in their dingy treatment room where they treat multiple patients at once so everyone can overhear/splatter their germs all over you and not adhering to standard CDT codes), this place is the worst. They are understaffed, the wait is insane (almost every appointment took up half of my day). They withheld my dental records, trying to say that they only had my x-rays and did not know what I was requesting and only admitted to having

How can this place be rated 4 start. My son's had been coming to this practice for over a year for ortho treatment. As part of the ortho plan he needed to get 3 wisdom teeth removed. An appointment was set and he was instructed to fast for 12 hours for anesthesia. Upon arrival we were told he was not on the scheduled and we were asked if he was a new patient, granted he has been coming over for OVER YEAR. He was rescheduled for another appointment again he needed to be fasting the only time available was 2pm. During check in for this 2nd appointment he was not on the schedule AGAIN. We were

DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE READ ALL. I had a work interview here once circa 2014 and i'm actually glad they didn't call me back. They told me to arrive before their opening time which i can't exactly remember the time but i do remember me having to wait for someone to get there for 30 MINUTES+. I'm not sure why they made me come SO early. Well that day they made me work the whole day with no break or lunch at all (I didn't mind). They were short on staff and that automatically required for a crazy day. But here is the #1 reason i do not recommend someone to go to this place

My wife and I scheduled appointments for routine exam and teeth cleaning more than a month in advance. We received more than ten calls, emails and texts to confirm we would be able to make our 9 a.m. appointment. We confirmed and arrived on time. It took more than 45 minutes to get called back. The teeth cleaning was a complete joke. Total of about 5 minutes actually cleaning teeth. Didn't scrape tarter build up as the so-called hygienist said they found that didn't really help. Seriously? Pasted some so-called fluoride on front of teeth, not anywhere else and said your done. Highly

Had an appointment scheduled for 4 pm December 31st, walked in at 3:50 and was told my appointment was cancelled. They stated they could not confirm my appointment, however I had a text reminder for my appointment today. No missed calls from where they had tried to confirm the appointment. This appointment had been scheduled a month ago.
