I paid $260. for a detail on a mini cooper however that is not what i received.they washed the car and vacuumed in some areas .it appears to have been waxed they did a pretty good job cleaning the tires. mostly they sprayed armor all on seats and rubber and plastic trim but missed many spots .they did not vacuum under the original equipment floor mats or steam clean any carpet or detail the engine or buff out the water spots.this is the first time to leave a negative feed back an i regret having to do so.

I am on island 6 months a year.. Had car detailed two years in a row. Exterior looked great. However when I returned in fall both years the interior was full of mold. Car is stored under cover in dry area. Contacted Steve and he wanted to charge me again to clean. Finally said he would do something? Never heard back even though I left voice mail. Not happy with services.

I had the ceramic coating done in Hilo and the work was excellent. Communication, not so good. All done via text and I thought I was signing up for the basic service. The person on the other end assumed I wanted the most expensive. Oh well, live and learn. What they don't tell you is that your "lifetime" guarantee is ONLY good if you pay an annual inspection fee of $150.00. That should have been disclosed up front, I feel taken advantage of.

Another job well done Zippy Klean! I got the System X Double Diamond exterior ceramic wrap as well as the System X interior ceramic coating package for my new car. All I can say is WOW! My car had some serious salt and water spots from being shipped over to Big Island on a barge from Oahu. The Zippy Klean team did a great job on working this out! Exterior and interior are pristine. We like to bring our small French bulldog on all of our island adventures so the interior ceramic coat was a must - makes for easy clean up of spills, messes. This is the 2nd car I've gotten the ceramic coating on and

The first time I used Zippy Clean I had the ceramic coating put on. The detailer showed up on time, at 7:30 in the morning and worked until around 3:00pm. The car came out immaculate, inside and out. I was amazed at with the fair price and the quality of work and attention to detail.
The second time I had them come out the detailer showed up on time, at 8:30am and worked on the car until it was PERFECT. The interior looked and smelled BRAND NEW. I was very, very happy with the outcome.
Side note, went to beach and kids trashed interior with sand and wet feet within 1 hour.

I had the interior of my car cleaned. The person working on my car did a really great job deep cleaning my seats and removed all the tough stains I couldn’t do myself. Setting an appointment was very easy. Just message them and you will get an immediate response. Also price is fair/reasonable.

I had heavy water spot on left front of my truck and realizing that I cannot remove it by myself. Their customer care is really great, we communicate over the text message and explain the price and what they can do in detail.
They finish the water spot removal and ceramic coating in timely manner.
And I really love the finish too!

Thank you so much to Steven and his team. I had my car detailed inside and out, as I needed it to look great for a retreat I was holding. My SUV went from being a "beach girl" with lots of sand in it to looking like a rental car. Even though my car is 6 years old, it looked almost new again. The value of the detailing was excellent! I will definitely use this service again.

My appointment started really well but the results were inconsistent and I’m very disappointed. I was considering becoming an regular and adding on a second vehicle but due to my poor results, I’m good. The company did reach out to follow up but he didn’t come back when he said he was. I appreciate the attempt but all in all this was a waste of my time and money.
