Called these guys on a Saturday for a quote. I called back on Tuesday and came to do the work same day. They called when they were on their way from another job. Did the work quickly, efficiently and didn't damage the walls at all. I am EXTREMELY pleased, and as I told Joe (I'm not sure if he is the owner or manager) I'm not used to people who do these jobs to be knowledgeable or efficient-which is what got me to them in the first place. Awesome. Highly recommend.

Joe and his team just mounted TVs in our bedroom and family room. The family room also includes a Sonos surround set up. All of the equipment is centrally located out of sight and there are no exposed wires to be found. I used Joe's team for a CCTV install at a previous house and that work was superb. Joe and his techs are educated in their craft and take pride in their work. Joe and his team also clean up their work. You will not find any wire ends, tape etc. littered about your home ever. This review is long overdue--Joe installed cameras at our condo building about 6 months ago, and they have already saved us thousands of dollars in recouping damages to our building and significantly enhancing overall security. He installed another camera for us a few weeks ago since we'd had such great results.
Joe is easy to communicate with via email, extremely timely (I actually can't figure out how he managed to always be on time when coming into DC from VA in the morning!), and overall highly professional at what he does. We would recommend him to anyone, and I am personally thankful

Joe and his team (Mitch, Casey, and Nick) were at my house last week and did an awesome job! I had four tvs mounted / surround sound installed / cabling / moving of outlets / automatic lock/ lighting / etc.

I highly recommend this company. Joe, the owner, really knows his stuff. I had him over to mount a couple of TVs, but we discussed many more projects and he had some great ideas as to what we could do. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of the workmanship and the care he put into his work is unmatched. When I moved into my new home my builder forced me to use another company (Trinity Wiring) for my security system, home theater, etc. Unlike them, when discussing projects, Joe thought it through and pointed out things I did not think of and had excellent suggestions about improvements

Joe and his team are expert professionals, and their customer service is top notch. Our HOA community voted to have an outdoor surveillance system in our common areas and parking lots. The entire job was done in two phases. First, wires needed to be installed underground in a conduit, and the rest of the devices were installed next year after our community had set our budget to finance the rest of the project. It was a mid-size project, and they completed it on time.

I scheduled a meeting with Cabletek on 7/28 at 7am to discuss my home renovation project. Cabletek called me at 7:20am to state they would not make the meeting. They have not responded to my calls or emails attempting to reschedule so I'm now in the middle of my renovation scrambling to find a different company.

Great work by Joe. I called CableTek to wire ethernet through my condo and they arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment time and were very professional throughout the entire process. Joe even added a drop on the ceiling for me at no charge as it was being pulled through already. They cleaned up well and moved everything back. I am very happy with their work.

I called Cable Tek two days ago after finding them on yelp. I just moved to a new place in Arlington Va and needed two large flat screens mounted in the living room and bedroom. My last experience was with a directv installer who did side work and lets just say the job got done but it took 7 hours and wasn't super clean. CableTek had excellent reviews on Yelp so I gave Joe a shot. Called at 9pm on a Thursday and to my surprise he answered. After his morning appointment he came to our home (on time mind you) and was here until 8pm hooking us up.

If your thinking of supporting local small businessmen this is a good place to start. In Northern VA customer service for the most part is non-existent. That's why it is so refreshing to come across a business like Cabletek that recognizes that this is the way to grow a business. Joe Graham is highly competent and his work is impeccable. He's not satisfied until you are satisfied and he will devote all the time necessary to achieve that goal.
