Dr. Banker provides recommendations on health foods and nutritional supplements that are specific to each patient. He can provide the necessary information and counseling, based on your individual needs, to guide you to optimum health. If you are interested in massage therapy, Healthyland Spa & Massage is located in our office.
Dr. Banker specializes in the detection and correction of joint dysfunction. Dr. Banker also specializes in sports medicine, providing treatment and care to professional athletes, amatuer athletes, high school students, and youth organizations. Dr. Banker uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of his patients.
Chiropractic is a complete system of healthcare focused on restoring, preserving, and optimizing health by natural hands-on care. Doctors of chiropractic do not treat symptoms, though this may be the initial reason why a patient comes to a chiropractic office. Chiropractors attempt to get to the root cause of a health problem.
Upon entering the office, you will be asked to fill out brief paperwork. This paperwork provides us with general information about you and your condition. Once the paperwork is completed, you will have a consultation with Dr. Banker to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options.
We offer Standard Process nutritional supplements. A body systems survey is given to determine nutritional needs that are unique to you. Your body is much like a machine which requires good sources of clean fuel. When there are deficits or excesses in your diet your body doesn't operate the way it is designed to.

Well, I no longer work next door, driving to Dr. Banker's requires a lot of planning because I am in Rancho Cordova now, yet here I am 4 years later still a loyal patient who's willing to travel anywhere to see him!
I had pain in my neck and shoulders that was radiating in my head causing some majorly painful migraine headaches, also some numbness in my left leg. CRACK CRACK, and I'm not even kidding, my headaches instantly faded and my leg is feeling great.

I was first skeptical in going to a Chiropractic office, but after a car accident I was involved in a year ago I had to do something about it. I ended up having disk bulging in my lower back and a pinched nerve. My health insurance is through Kaiser and they really didn't recommend seeing a chiropractor. They wanted me to see their physical therapist...which didn't help at all. I did some research and found that Banker Chiropractic had some great reviews. Dr. Banker is a very reasonable and caring chiropractor. He talks honestly and openly, and doesn't try to "upsell" you on services. He has a solid understanding of realities, and the lives of his patients. He provides fast, safe, and consistently good care. His offices are clean, modern, comfortable, and relaxing.

Love this place...I couldnt turn my head left all weekend and I even got a massage yesterday. Felt good but I still couldnt turn my head. Just left thia place and the pain is gone just like that. Obvious some soreness but I have full range of motion in my head again. 110% believer in spinal adjustments.

As a retired Chiropractor I am always reluctant when I am seen by a Chiropractor. Dr. Banker is doing such great work on my aging body that I now have my daughter seeing him as well. I want in hobbling and walk out like I'm 30 years old. Just a great help to me and he has improved my quality of life. Thanks Doctor!

I have had mid and lower back pain for at least 5 years and most likely more than that. I've gone to my regular doctors numerous times just to be told that I should just stretch it out and not to worry because I don't have scoliosis. Okay, well after years and years of stretching and working on my posture I had about enough. I've had painful, sleepless nights and I wanted it to be over.

I have been to many Chiropractors in Elk Grove over the years with poor to good results. Because of a change in my insurance plan I was introduced to Dr. Banker about ten years ago. Most Chiropractors I have seen make the same adjustments every visit but Dr. Banker pinpoints the affected areas which I believe give me a better adjustment and better results.
