After several attempts with other vendors to help with our home network system, we found IGS. and they did a great job for us. first with an initial visit to evaluate our situation and then setting up a plan for us. Bill is very knowledgable, patient and professional. Jamie was our lead tech who installed our system. He went the extra mile working with us and made sure everything worked well and we were satisfied before he left. Very fortunate we found IGS Homeworks.

Despite Covid impacts on delivery, the installation service by Jamie and Jason was great. The design from the person who had apparently left by the time the installation was complete was somewhat in line with what we wanted, but credit to Jamie for making sure that we are happy with the final product despite the limitations presented by the solution proposed.
I would definitely recommend Jamie as a future engineer, but would take much more care in being tuned in to the proposed solution and getting more feedback on the doability.

We all value the professionalism, responsiveness and quality of service of our key suppliers on a day-to-day basis. But during an emergency, you can really see who is who. Last Monday, Aug 10, our system was down and we needed to replace a modem and reset the whole home automation system, which includes internet, phone and video services. I had to be up and running ASAP to leading a virtual workshop for 30 people, all of them located overseas, starting the following day at 8 AM CST. IGS MADE IT POSSIBLE! Thank you Bill Simpkins and Jason!!! You are outstanding!

Jason the Service manager was very professional and helpful in setting up our internet WiFi and provided very useful information and advice for setting up TVs and music system that the previous owner of the house left behind.
He was curious and on time and answered all my questions , I would highly recommend IGS for their home automation service
