Phil and his wife Gail were wonderful to work with through the home buying process. We went with Phil as a realtor because he's prior military. He was very helpful in finding the right home for us to purchase when we moved to the Washington state area. We also asked Phil to help us sell our home when it was time for us to PCS. Phil was great! He handled everything for the the sell of the home while we were already living in our new duty station. Phil was great. He explained the process from beginning to end and made sure we understood everything. He gave us the strategy for pricing the house right. Once an offer was accepted Phil and his team took care of everything from the minor repairs to the scheduling of the septic transfer. All we ever had to do was sign forms via electronic signature. Phil made the process so easy and always got back to us when we had questions. Phil is upfront and honest about everything and helps you every step of the way. Phil and his team are top notch and will take care of your during every step. We were moving to WA from AZ and made initial contact after browsing some homes in the Lacey and Olympia, WA area. He was immediately receptive to our needs and desires and his team provided the best search results we could imagine based on what we were looking for.
