I had an experience at two Troon courses that left me less than satisfied. I decided to email Troon and explain my frustrations not really expecting to get a response. To my surprise I was contacted that day by their VP of Operations. He took the time to listen to me and look into the minor issues I had. He then called me back and very graciously made everything better, not just a little better but above and beyond better.
