When my renters told me that there had been a leak in the ceiling of my rental house, I was beside myself. We had just sunk a lot of money and our own time into repairing plumbing, a new furnace regulator, a new cooling system, a new sump pump, tiles for flooring, and lumber to replace trim work after my last renter left. The valley in the roof had been pasted over the valley in a patch effort. Doug and his crew went right to work, and let me know if I would need more repairs in the future.
