While looking into wedding photographers, I knew that I didn't want your traditional wedding pictures. Our wedding was very non traditional so I knew that I needed someone that understood and captured that. Luckily, I found Our Ampersand Photography. Jaime is an absolute dream to work with. I really can't say enough great things about her.

Jaims was incredible to work with for our engagement photos. She’s fun, easy to work with, talk to and our pictures are stunning! I can’t stop looking at them! Our original date was rained out, she was so flexible to reschedule the next day and the weather was perfect! Can’t wait for her to capture all of our magical wedding moments!

Working with Our Ampersand for our wedding was a dream come true! All weddings are hectic and you miss so much in the rush of emotions and interactions, but not with Jaime there! Not only did she coordinate the photo taking, she kept the day moving and on schedule and afterward we had an absolutely stunning record of all the moments we were there for but may not remember. I receive compliments on these photos all the time, not to mention she is a blast to work with and so wonderful at directing and making you feel comfortable and at ease. Working with her was the best decision we made for our wedding

My husband and I worked with Jaime to capture our engagement and wedding photographs. From our initial consultation to delivering the final photographs, Jaime was professional, creative, and flexible. We happened to have a very small, socially distanced ceremony during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we also found that she was careful about wearing her mask and maintaining physical distance. It was great not to have to worry about our guests safety. Hiring Jaime to shoot our wedding in Chicago was a no-brainer based on her exceptional portfolio. And then our wedding day came and she was the epitome of complete professional, but one who you can tell is having fun and loving what she does! Jaime made our entire bridal party and family (kids included) feel so comfortable. She somehow manages to do just as fantastic a job with posed photos as she does with candids (see dance party pics for evidence). I could never say enough about how much we loved having Jaime as our wedding photographer! My husband and I can both be a little shy in front of the camera, and we both felt so comfortable with her. She made our engagement session so fun and sweet, and was willing to get up before the sun one freezing February morning to capture some frosty sunrise magic! Her ability to capture light and emotion is so moving, and we will cherish her wonderful talent forever! Hands down Jaime is THE best. She has taken beautiful photos of my family and my business on many occasions over the past 2 years! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and never fails to not only bring a bright and lovely energy but produces beautiful photos. She is an incredibly talented artist, which is reflected clearly in her work. Beyond her work being bomb, she is easy to communicate with and is a total work horse that will get you your edited photos as soon as she's able and makes it EASY on her clients to get their hands on their photos.
