I rarely write a review, but the lack of communication, professionalism, service, and quality of workmanship astounded me. My device, had it been handled by a technician, would have been a quick and inexpensive fix. However, it was passed off to an inexperienced student who caused me unnecessary time and money. Three times it was brought back as repaired, but it wasn't. So, after many weeks and a $100, it was deemed unrepairable and returned to me. By the way, I had a thought, ordered a $10 part and it's worked like a charm ever since. I left a message, but received no response. Thumbs

Not only was Kevin great at fixing my original problem but was able to clean up my desktop and eliminate unknown problems that I was unaware of and successfully increase the speed of my computer- all within the one hour that he was there. The one thing that I think sets Kevin apart from other technicians is the time he spent explaining and answering all my questions concerning the difficulties that I had with my computer .
Kevin did an excellent job and would highly recommend him to anyone with Computer difficulties.😀

Kevin is very knowledgeable and efficient he was able to turn around my laptop in working order in only one day. Cost is extremely competitive compared to others I have dealt with in Lafayette. I wished I had spoken with him before I tried rebooting my system from Windows 10 back to Windows 7 , I may have saved s significant amount of my data. All in all a great help in recovering my PC to working status!!
