Had the best experience here. At this point all collision shops are backed up due to lack of workers, slow shipping of car parts, slow responses from 3rd party companies (such as insurance companies), etc. I needed a small part on my bumper replaced. Ms. Paula helped and took care of EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to make any calls to the insurance company or to the shop. She kept in contact with me and the insurance company and both worked very well to get my car in and out.

So, I normally don't take the time to sit and write a review on businesses, but after my experience with Guillory's it seemed essential. I work for an insurance company, so I am constantly getting feedback on repair shops. I constantly get customers who recommend this shop, and after my experience with them I can see why. The customer service they provided from the very start was fantastic. Stayed in communication with me throughout the entire repair process, and ended up getting my repairs done significantly sooner then what they had originally estimated. Don't trust them! I took my vehicle in there to get an estimate, the girl came and took pictures and then wrote up an estimate. I had a small dent below the door handle from a rock. I called back to set up an appointment and was told they needed to take pictures. I told the girl she already had taken pictures, she said "ok" let me call you back with an appt. time. She calls back and said "that it will be an additional $210.00" because they forgot to add a few things." As I have told other people about this, I have learned that I am not the first this has happened to. Do yourself a favor and find
