Filing an insurance claim can be an exasperating & confusing process. Let us take care of everything. We are the experts in the insurance claim process. From the time your car is involved in an accident until the time it is safely returned back to you we will manage all aspects of your insurance claim.
Alaska's weather can be tough on your vehicle. Protect your investment and maintain the value of your vehicle with a regular professional detailing. We offer a wide range of detailing services. If Collision Masters repairs your collision of a $2,000 value or greater on a standard passenger vehicle, we will detail your vehicle for as long as your own it - 4 times a year!.
Filing an insurance claim can be time consuming, confusing and frustrating. We can assist you in making the initial contact with your insurance company to get your claim started. From that point on we can handle everything for you. We will submit the estimate, any supplements and supporting documentation required by your insurance company for proper resolution and payment of your claim.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Your customer service representative may be able to arrange for afterhours pickup or drop off upon request. We do our best to accommodate walk in customers. If you just had an accident and have not had time to book an appointment, by all means bring your car in as soon as possible.

Collision Masters is the best! They're always friendly and make the whole process of body repair as painless and stress-free as possible. They quickly provided me with an estimate and coordinated everything with my insurance, including a rental car onsite and ready to go when I dropped off my damaged vehicle. Both the financial and time estimates were spot on. My vehicle was ready exactly when promised, and in even better shape than before it was damaged. The team at Collision Masters did an amazing job of fixing up my vehicle. I had used them in the past when I was rear ended and that vehicle came out perfect, so I knew exactly where to go.
This accident I was paying out of pocket and they took the time to go over exactly what portions of the repair I could get by without doing (the “other” shop I got a quote at said there was nothing I could do to keep the cost down). The end result was almost near perfect and considerably less than the other shop.

As most people would do, I spent tons of time a month ago, searching for a body shop that can properly and reliably fix my car. Collision Masters is the place I chose and I am VERY GLAD I did. All the staff including Jeff himself were very easy to talk with. Importantly, Jeff gave me a detail of how the car will be fixed, what parts they plan to use (e.g., OEM, aftermarket, and etc - this shop sticks to OEM, which I really liked), and when the repair is likely to be finished.
I am hoping I won't have any accidents in the future, but if I ever do, I will revisit this store again for sure. Highly
