The Little Sweden Motel has recently gone through some major renovations and our Guest are raving about our little quaint and quite Motel. We are very selective about our Guest to make sure everyone enjoy's their stay! Located off Highway 99 in the quite part of town, this California hotel is 5.3 miles from Bakersfield Convention Center.

Free WiFi is included and guests can enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast. A cable TV is featured in each room at the Little Sweden in Bakersfield. Each bright room features a seating area and an private bathroom. A hairdryer and ironing facilities are provided for added convenience. Valley Plaza Mall and the Bakersfield Museum of Art are both just a 5-minute drive from this motel.

The rooms are not cleaned properly. However I did get a full refund. Is for the quality of the rooms their way overprised

This is the very prettiest and cleanest motel I have ever been lucky enough to stay in and since covid has hit I have stayed in many motels but this motel is just the absolute best that I have been blessed with the opportunity to stay in.... I only wish that they offered weekly rates which would offer me an opportunity to stay longer but so far this is the top considering all the motels to be found on Union avenue. My special thanks to the ownership and the diligence that they put in to make this place so pretty thank you

Jacuzzi is a little small, but it's sectioned off so theres a door you can close for privacy....nice size rooms.but a bit pricy especially for the area

Yes I rented a room once and the husband and wife were very friendly I felt comfortable being there and the room was super cute very clean you got the bakery right there the market around the corner places to eat all right there close to you I give them 👍

Had a lovely time in the hot tub suite. Rated one of the top 5 in Bakersfield. Definitely lived up to its ratings and looking forward to future patronage!
